amazing staff delicious breakfast small room noisy shower

i had the best time here. the staff, they were amazing. the room had a great view of the water. breakfast had a lot of options, it was varied and delicious.

the room was a little small, i thought. the shower made noises all night, it was annoying. i wish there was more space to put my clothes.

A stay, but the stars felt slightly undeserved

The location was quite convenient, just a short walk to many attractions.

The room felt smaller than advertised. The lack of space made it difficult to relax properly. I expect a bit more room to move around.

superb location, friendly service

great location friendly staff wonderful breakfast

The location is great. A ten minute walk took me to st mark's square. vaporetto access to the airport was very easy, less than two minutes. i found some great restaurants and bars on via garibaldi, about five minutes away. stefano and all the staff were very friendly. They helped with transport advice and restaurant recommendations. the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

the hotel provides convenient private water taxi service right in front. this service eliminates the need to drag suitcases over bridges. the front desk staff arranges the taxi to the airport with plenty of time to check in.

the hotel sits just outside the busy san marco area. i had fantastic views of the sea from the room. several restaurants and shops locate around the corner.
